REACH OUT NOW

Angel was in pain. Another day glued to her bed like a weight she couldn’t shake off, telling herself that she should be over this by now. The last text she sent her ex was a week ago, but the temptation to send just one more message was almost unbearable. Maybe, if she did, he’d finally explain why he couldn’t love her anymore.

She rolled over and grabbed her phone, opening Instagram like a reflex. As she scrolled through his feed, each post felt like a silent jab until the tears started streaming down her face. With a dramatic sigh, she let the numbness take over again, burying herself in blankets and retreating into a half-conscious haze.

Laura couldn’t say no. Here she was, sitting in the parking lot outside of her job, seething with a mix of dread and resentment. Week after week, she dragged herself through this miserable routine, begging for time off but always being denied. She choked back tears of frustration, refusing to let them win.

How could I let my boss walk all over me like this? she wondered to herself. The thought made her stomach churn, a pit of self-doubt growing larger by the minute. Why can’t I just grow a spine for once and say no? She squeezed the steering wheel tightly, her knuckles turning white. If this was her life, she needed a new plan – and fast.

Chris was always on edge. Each morning, he woke with a start, his heart pounding and sweat pouring like he’d just run a marathon. His mind raced with memories of past mistakes, failures, and regrets.

How will I ever be able to handle this new job? What if they found out about my recent ADHD diagnosis? What if I’m just as stupid and incapable as I think and screw everything up again? Chris’s mind spiraled, each “what if” more terrifying than the last. With a frustrated groan, he realized he had no idea how to stop the storm in his head. Would he be stuck in this cycle forever? Or was there really a way out?

Eve couldn’t forgive herself. She was abused as a young woman and spent her entire life determined to protect her daughter from that haunting pain. Now, finding out that her daughter went through the exact same thing Eve had is too much to bear. Memories flooded over her, uninvited and brutal. A wave of anger, fear, and sheer paralysis took hold.

This can’t be happening, she thought, struggling to catch her breath. Not again. She’d spent years in therapy, piecing herself together, fighting to move past the darkness, and now it felt like all of that had been for nothing. The thought of reliving that heartbreak and helplessness was unbearable. But she needed to help her daughter.

Hi, I’m Vanessa.

I’m so grateful to be able to walk alongside my clients on their journey. It’s truly an honor to hold space for them, and I don’t take the trust they place in me lightly.

Therapy is no easy feat – it takes courage and vulnerability, and I believe it’s for warriors ready to do the hard work of healing.

For me, real growth comes from building a strong, authentic connection. I work side by side with my clients, helping them set goals and create positive change through a relationship based on trust, empathy, and acceptance.

I see us as equals in this process – human beings navigating the ups and downs, successes and setbacks, and all the emotions and thoughts that come with them.

Together, let’s discover what works for you and how to embrace every part of your journey. Call now.

Angel had no idea that her attachment style was secretly running the show when it came to processing her grief after the breakup. In therapy, she dove deep into her emotions, faced the pain head-on, and surprisingly found that there was growth waiting for her on the other side.

Seven months later, she’s thriving – exploring new hobbies, making new friends, and totally owning her single life like a pro. It turns out that sometimes losing something leads to finding a whole new version of yourself!

Laura had spent way too much time letting people walk all over her – and she was finished. Therapy became her wake-up call as she discovered that her communication style and boundary struggles were deeply rooted in her family dynamics. It was like peeling back layers she didn’t even know were there!

With each session, she practiced speaking up, and now she feels more empowered in her relationships and more fulfilled in life, balancing kindness with confidence.

Chris used to think his ADHD was a roadblock, but after his diagnosis, he realized it wasn’t a limitation but simply part of who he was! As he learned more about neurodiversity in therapy, he discovered some pretty awesome perks of his brain, like creativity and hyperfocus.

With my support, he bravely tackled the topic of workplace accommodations and finally took the plunge to talk to his boss. Now, a huge weight has been lifted from his shoulders, and he has the tools and support to thrive at work.

Eve barely said a word in our first session. But week after week, like a warrior in her own right, she showed up – hesitant but determined to face her feelings. Slowly, she warmed up to the idea of EMDR, and we took it at her pace.

With every session, we chipped away at her panic, and she began to rewrite the stories she’d been telling herself for years. Now, she’s not just surviving, but thriving with the strength to face her past and support her daughter with the confidence she’s always deserved.
